Don't Forget to Contact Your Clients

I just recently returned from a meeting in Chicago where I met a broker who is working on a 42 day marketing plan for listings. The concept is that if you are a seller you will be contacted everyday for 42 days into the listing. The reason for this is if the property has not sold in six weeks, it is time to revisit the price. You can't get a price reduction if the seller does not have a rapport with you. Several things on the list are things that you are already doing, and several ideas are great ways to make contact and show your value.
